Local produce

The best things are often close at hand. That’s what the Holznerwirt believes. And rightly so. After all, the surrounding area is home to so many farmers and makers of outstanding products. People who understand that they don’t just live off nature, but live within it—and treat it with the care and honesty it deserves. You don’t need to have everything. But what you do have should simply taste good.

Served up for you: festive soup, roast goose in the fall, wild mushrooms in summer, fresh offal, our boiled beef, or something sweet. As the Holznerwirt would say: Dig in!
